A great day for racing!  This year the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed every second.

Pizza Date Night

We decided to have a date night and...

MAKE OUR OWN PIZZA (from scratch)

We made a margarita pizza with a quick yeast dough.  It was very yummy, although a thinner crust next time would be much better (so dense).

We ended up watching Pacific Rim, eating pizza, and drinking wine.  The movie we meh...but I was glad we got to spend some time together and relax!

Easter Baskets

I was out of town visiting Zac and Adri Easter weekend so I was actually flying home on Easter morning.  Boo!

Easter dinner is one of my most favorite meals to cook but unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it this year.  We did however enjoy some Easter baskets and candy.

Next year we are not going to neglect our Easter traditions!!

Texas Again

I was back in Texas and spent another weekend with Zac and Adri.  We relaxed, ate yummy food, and had a great time!

Family and the Fair

After San Diego I drove to Yuma for a super quick trip to see the rest of the family.  It was short but sweet.  I miss my family so much and wish I could visit more often.  I can't wait till I am back!

The Marrisons

I had work in San Diego, CA so I was able to see Kelly, Jay, and the kids!  Had a great time and love my yearly visits.  I hope I can make it next year even though I will not be on the same assessments.

While working I went to Green Acres and had delicious salads for lunch.

While onsite in Chicago we were in a building that had a cute little library (small but beautiful).  It was the library/hallway in  Stranger than Fiction.
